Refund & Return Policy – Arka Roots

At Arka Roots, we take pride in delivering high-quality, natural honey. Due to the nature of our products, we follow a limited return and refund policy to ensure safety and hygiene.

Returns

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • The seal must be intact

  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Perishable goods such as honey

  • Sale items or gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A leaking bottle

  • Wrong item

We will provide a replacement or full refund after verification.

Return Process

If your return is approved:

  • We will share return instructions

  • Customer may need to ship the product back (in some cases)

⚠️ Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You will be notified of approval status

  • If approved, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

Refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
Please return the product (if eligible) and place a new order.
